My skills and experience enable me to offer you a consulting activity that will necessarily deal with a subject close to the question of "the Ins and Outs of Translation in a Multilingual Europe", which is the subject of the thesis in progress:

Translation or a Translation Policy

The aim will be then for example to understand the role that translation plays in your communication, or to help you define a translation policy that will apply to your whole organisation or to several kinds of documents.

The Accomodation of Multilingualism

Is your organisation situated on a territory where several languages coexist? You don't know how to use them or to highlight them? You ask yourselves how to address the speakers of the different languages and meet their expectations consistently, in a practical and economical way? Conditions of the service in the frame of a doctoral contract

The details of implementation of the service will be as follows:

the duration of the service cannot exceed 32 days or 168 hours of work within the university year;
the project should be submitted to the university before mid-September and cannot begin before October 2011, which is the date of renewal of my doctoral contract;
the beneficiary will have to pay the service to the university up to 5,500 € for 32 days, with the charges of implementation of the service in addition (the amounts should be checked with the relevant services of the university).
